INFRASTRUCTURE : Our state-of-the-art infrastructure consists of manufacturing, quality control, testing lab, dispatching, packaging, warehousing etc. Our plant is built strictly according to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) of BIS norms with clear signs for functional rooms, access management and area-based management to ensure air quality and full coverage of sterilization in the plant. Our 25,000 sq.ft of factory hosts advanced auto sanitary napkin production lines that are able to produce products of multiple specifications at a speed of 300-400 pieces per minute with an annual capacity of over 30 billion pieces. In addition, they are designed with a large dust collection and recycling system to collect dust, off cut and cotton dust from production for treatment to build a regulated plant production environment.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY: Our depository is equipped with an ERP data management system and processed through procedures of ground and wall insulation, anti-dampness and anti-insects to ensure product sanitation and quality during storage. Raw materials lay an important foundation for product quality. We source our raw materials from high-quality suppliers and conduct strict inspections on the incoming raw materials.
QUALITY CONSCIOUSNESS: Our QC division is well equipped with latest lab facility with testing tools to conduct quality checks on the finished products ensuring the napkin delivered to client is defect free. Every single napkin is checked and tested on well-defined parameters before dispatch. We strictly implement the principles of self-inspection and mutual inspection between different processes, precisely control each production detail, track records throughout the whole process and ensure consistency in product quality. Hygiene workers are made to follow strict clothing and disinfection steps to abide by our quality and hygiene standards.
